Nik Ruoti

Nik has been involved with multiple startups, high growth companies, brand investments, and acquisitions. Nik founded and is the Principal of Strategic Financial Consulting, Inc. which provides outsourced CFO services to start-up and small-cap businesses. Before consulting he was the CFO of a high growth retail brand, where he developed the long-range strategic vision resulting in 2x sales growth to $30M and led a series A round for $15M in venture capital. Nik was formerly Director of Finance at Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ) where he successfully formed a Spirits Finance division within a $3B consumer products segment with a portfolio that included High West Distillery, Casa Noble Tequila, Svedka, Paul Masson Brandy, and Black Velvet Whiskey. He was a key member on the management team for High West Distillery that took them through a $160M merger.
