The set up
It’s no secret, customers are craving online experiences that feel extra personal—and Avaya figured out how to deliver with AI. As long-time collaborators, they came to us for help spreading the message to customers 
and employees.
The ask
Avaya already had the perfect solution for better customer service. Now they just needed to develop an eBook to showcase the power of their AI capabilities. That’s our mojo, so we put our creative minds to work.
Our approach
We decided right off the bat: this eBook had to go hand-in-hand with Avaya’s mission to enhance customer experiences. So we crafted interactive elements along with informative copy to immerse the viewer in the eBook and help them visualize various use-case scenarios.
Bringing it to life
The end result? An eBook that’s both intuitive and eye-catching. Navigation and sub-navigations at the top and bottom of each page make it easy to flip through—and micro-animations clearly illustrate the function of each AI capability.
Tying it together
Shortly after, Avaya came back to us to redesign their website. We took the opportunity to create a cohesive experience for their customers by weaving in thoughtful micro-animations that tied right back to their AI-driven experiences.
