In Tandym with a new brand.
Same business, new identity.
Tandym started off as “ExecuSearch” --an established brand that no longer reflected the business's mission, values, or full array of offerings, making their services confusing to potential partners. They needed an expression of their brand that said “connection” and “bond” while conveying a deeper sense of what they stood for. Their goal was to expand their presence throughout the United States, and they felt like, with their brand at the time, they weren’t ready.
Out with the old, in with the new.
Contravent began a complete brand overhaul, from the company name and logo to the story behind it. Potential names were rated on each of the company’s brand values and desired feel. In the end, they decided on Tandym, which conveyed the notion of “working together.” And the new logo reflected the company’s inherent interconnectedness as well—with two hexagons linked together symbolizing the strong bond between Tandym and their clients.

The creative team also helped bolster Tandym’s social channels by creating awareness of their new name and logo—re-establishing the new-look company as the same thought leaders as before.
Crossing the finish line. In Tandym.
According to the team at Tandym, they finally felt like they had an identity that truly spoke to what their company did. A brand that was overdue for a change became cool and modern-- one that encompassed every part of the business and focused on what they do best with their customers. And it has better positioned the company as market leaders and strengthened their partners' trust.

Engagement on social media went through the roof—gaining nearly 2,300 new followers across all platforms and their number of accounts reached increased by nearly 1000 percent. And as Tandym continues its expansion, Contravent continues to work alongside them to build greater awareness with new audiences, in tandem, into the future.
