Promoting internal values and employee adoption of those values within a global organization can be difficult. To create something unique and impactful, we worked with bioMérieux to develop a card game and digital experience to bring its values to life.
The Dare and Try initiative revolves around a card game that was shipped to bioMérieux employees worldwide. They can play the game themselves, with co-workers, or even their managers to help promote and live these values by completing a series of challenges.
A digital experience supplements the physical card game and allows employees to track their progress as they complete each challenge.
